The HVAC installation is designed to ensure optimal indoor comfort and energy efficiency. It includes four wall-mounted gas boilers delivering a combined output of 400 kW, as well as a split-type heat pump system. The dry cooler is installed on the roof, while the indoor heat pump provides an additional 250 kW of thermal capacity.

The building features underfloor heating for base-level comfort and supplementary heating via duct-mounted heating coils in individual rooms. The climate control is fully automated using VMA Druart’s proprietary regulation system.

Five rooftop air handling units with heat recovery have been installed—each with an airflow capacity of approximately 17,000 m³/h—ensuring efficient ventilation throughout both buildings.
