Innovation in building management
VMA developed a building management system that integrates all technologies at Gare Maritime into a unified platform. This system provides users with real-time insights into the status of installations, energy consumption, and potential malfunctions. Designed for both owners and maintenance providers, the platform offers maximum flexibility and ease of use. It enables advanced analytics, system optimization, and efficient energy management.

Ongoing maintenance

Since the completion of the project, VMA Maintenance has been responsible for preventive maintenance of the installations. This includes both legacy and state-of-the-art technologies—an exceptional challenge given the mix of historic architecture and modern systems. The primary focus is ensuring the reliable performance of all technical systems and delivering excellent service to the building’s tenants and users.
The result
The successful transformation of Gare Maritime is a prime example of how innovative electrical solutions and integrated management can support a sustainable and functional redevelopment. Through the combination of advanced technologies and high-quality service, VMA continues to set the standard in electrotechnical projects.
